Mr. Bailey found me my first investment property; in a great up and coming location and negotiated me a great deal for a newly renovated, off the market multifamily home. In addition, he mentored me through the entire endeavor, I came out of the experience with not only a great investment but he also taught me how to "fish". Within a month of closing Mr. Bailey and his team procured me tenants and I went into my first mortgage payment very financially sound!! I am very thankful and looking forward to continually working with Darrell Bailey in the future.

Working with Darrell was absolutely great. We built a great bond during the period I was searching for a property. He provided expertise guidance through out the home buying process. He also provided me with all the necessary contacts( Mortgage loan consultant, Attorney, Title company etc.) needed to purchase a property. He helped me close on my first multifamily property in March. We are still working together and I would definitely recommend him to everyone trying to buy/sell a property.
